What are Bittenfruit stickers made of?

Bittenfruit stickers are made of a clear vinyl substrate from 3M with a special adhesive that leaves no residue when removed. Because our stickers are clear we are able to create complex designs that peel off and stick on in one easy piece. Our stickers are strong but very thin, measuring about 0.4 mm total.

How long will my sticker last?

Probably as long as you have your laptop, or until you decide to switch it up. Barring any unforeseen incidents with a belt sander or switchblade, our stickers will not scratch or fall off.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free when you buy two or more stickers. Individual shipping costs are $1.95 for the US and $3.95 for all International destinations.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We get all orders printed, packed and shipped by 12pm every day. For US domestic orders, delivery takes 2-6 business days after they’ve been shipped. For international orders, delivery takes between 8-15 business days for most countries.

Can I checkout without an account?

Yes, you can purchase as a guest or choose a password during the checkout process.

How do I apply my sticker?

All Bittenfruit stickers are nice and easy to apply. But to make it even easier we include a simple “how to” with every order.

How do I remove my sticker?

When it’s time for a change all Bittenfruit stickers will peel off by pulling on them gently and slowly. Our stickers won’t leave any residue behind, so once it’s removed you’re ready to apply the next one.

Shipping & Return Questions

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We get all orders printed, packed and shipped by 12pm every day. For US domestic orders, delivery takes 2-6 business days after they’ve been shipped. For international orders, delivery takes between 8-15 business days for most countries.

Can I get it sent faster?

Sure can. For US domestic orders we offer USPS Priority shipping (2-3 business days) for $10. For international orders we offer USPS Priority shipping for $20, however we cannot guarantee time of delivery due to customs.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is included in the email receipt you received upon check out.

If you have lost or deleted that email, you can locate your order number by logging in to your account and viewing your Orders in the Account dropdown menu at the top right of the page.

How can I return an item? (Returns Policy)

Any unused and intact product can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order details and we’ll send you a Returns Number. Once you have your Returns Number, complete the Returns Form and include it with your return shipment.

Note: All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any import fees or duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded by Bittenfruit.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship to my location?

We ship everywhere the US postal service does. If your country is listed on the order page, you’re in luck.

What about customs charges?

Most customers never have to worry about this. Unfortunately, customs offices are different all over the world so we can’t guarantee you won’t be charged some kind of fee. Bittenfruit is not responsible for any additional import taxes or custom charges that may be incurred on international shipments. If you’re worried, we suggest you give them a call prior to ordering. We cannot mark international shipments as gifts or samples.

How do you ship your products?

Bittenfruit products are shipped with USPS Standard Post or Priority Mail in a standard sized envelope. You can choose your delivery option at checkout.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We can ship to any Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office address, all we ask is that you provide us with the same shipping information that you would give your family to send you mail.

How can I check the status of my order?

Yes, simply login to your account and click the ‘Orders’ from the drop-down menu in the top right hand corner of the screen, under your name. USPS does not provide live tracking, but you will be able to see if your order has been shipped and when it arrives.

Product Questions

Are the stickers reusable?

Bittenfruits are designed for single use, but If you have nimble fingers you can remove the sticker without tearing it. Stick it to a clean piece of plastic or the backing it came with to keep it fresh until you want to reapply.

How long will my sticker last?

Where are Bittenfruit stickers made?

Our stickers are designed all over the world and made in the USA. The Bittenfruit printing facilities are proudly based in California.

How do I know what model my device is?

There are a few common places to look for your model number. The first location to try is in the manual that came with your device when you purchased it. If you no longer have your manual, try searching the internet using your serial number.

Will your stickers fit my laptop?

If your laptop is 13 inches or more, then all our designs will fit. If you have an 11 inch machine, there maybe some larger designs that won’t, so check the drop down model list on the product page to make sure. If you own a PC you’ve come to the wrong place.

How accurate are the designs portrayed on the website?

As accurate as light and pixels will allow. The light from the backlit logo will shine through the designs, but we think that adds to their charm.

Can I request any edits or text on the artwork?

Unfortunately not. Our ‘Join In’ section is coming soon where you will be able to create and submit your own designs to be judged by the Bittenfruit community. The winning design will be printed and placed on the site.

Billing Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. All orders are processed by the very secure folks at 2checkout and none of your payment details will ever be stored by us.

How do I place an order?

To place an order add the item to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. The cart will automatically drop down from the top right hand corner of the page,  but you can access it at anytime by clicking the cart icon. Once you’re ready to checkout and pay, just click the “checkout” button within the cart dropdown. You will be asked to confirm your order and then you can securely checkout with any major credit card or Paypal.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We never store any payment information on our site. All payment information is entered directly into our payment processor’s interface which is one of the best known and trusted processors on the internet. You will see the https appear in your address bar when you enter the secure site.

When is my credit card charged for my order?

Your credit card is charged immediately when you place your order. Often your bank may show the charge as a hold until you your payment clears.

Technical Help

How do I edit my account information?

To edit your information, you first need to log In. Your Account details can be accessed from the dropdown menu under your name. You can edit your personal information such as your account login information, your default payment method and your default shipping address.

How do I change or reset my password?

To change your password, go to the Login page and click the Forgot Password? link. Follow the instructions and you will have a new password in no time.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Can I order a custom design for my company?

Custom stickers are great for company events, christmas parties, tradeshows, and random acts of corporate kindness. Send an email to [email protected] to see what we can do.

What if I want to buy a lot of Bittenfruits?

Please contact [email protected] for a quote on your bulk request. Retailers, please refer to the next question.
